The last problem was a cut and paste error.  I didn't copy the size of the coefficient table when I added the fixed coefficients.  I updated the source with the fix and the 2.0 ROM.
Thankfully I found it while cleaning up the code instead of having to step through it.
My tests seem to all pass now.
